_(This summary was written over 3 years ago, during Power Playback. As you can see, my writing sucked more than usual. The episode sucked even more than that, so here it is...):_

[Today On MMPR, Opening Credits (with Tommy, who doesn't appear)] Billy, Trini, Zack & Kimberly are loading up the RadBUG in preparation for a field trip to an undisclosed location. Jason's gonna stay behind to hang out with his little cousin Jeremy who is in town for a while. Trini brings some Escargot brownies for the gang to try, until Billy explains that Escargot means 'Snail' and they all spit them out behind Trini's back, acting like they enjoyed her failed attempt at kindness. The Foursome heads off, as Squatt watches on. He reports their vacation to Rita, who plans to use this Rangerless lull to find the hidden Mirror Of Destruction. It's power is so great it can even destroy the oft-forgotten Super Putties!

Jason and Jeremy head to the beach to go fishing, while on their way they spot Skull and Bulk, who is disgusting the audience by sloppily eating a pizza. Jason opens his big mouth and causes Bulk to not only slam some of the pizza into Skull's face, but to get in a fighting mood. Bulk & Jason prepare to battle it out together, when Jason tricks him into falling face first into the greasy slimy pizza. Everyone has a laugh at his expense as Jason teaches Jeremy the moral: "Brains Before Brawn". They then take up residency at the beach, where Jason teaches his dim witted cousin some martial arts moves. Jeremy wants to be a Power Ranger when he grows up! Rita is peeved to learn Jason is still in Angel Grove, so she sends down some putties to attack him and his little friend. The gray suited clay brains get kicked around by Jase and Jeremy, and basically waste time. Once the Putties are vanquished, Jason and his simpleton cousin go fishing on a nearby cliff. Jeremy catches something finally, and it turns out to be a bottle. Once opened it releases an earthquake, shaking everywhere including The still on the road RadBUG. Jason sneaks off during the ruckus and calls up Zordon, who tells him to get the kid he's baby-sitting to a safe place. The earthquake ceases and Jeremy finds a map in the bottle, which leads to the Mirror of Destruction. Scorpina is sent down to get hold of it, and after she creates the Rockstar monster out of some nearby boulders, Jason is attacked and crushed by some big Styrofoam rocks!

Alpha & Zordon contact the other Rangers and have theme teleport from their in route drive in the RadBUG to the beach. There, they take the fake rocks off of Jason and proceed to help him find Jeremy, who ran off with the Map Scorpina wants. Jeremy is off in the woods closeby, wandering around like a ninny. The Ranger teens play out an old Pearl Jam video, but soon have to Morph and head to the Beach Club to fight the Rockstar. Billy opts to stay behind and hunt down Jase's annoying relative. Every Ranger morphs (even Billy, although he's not going with them) and heads to the Club where they start battling Putties, Scorpina and the Rockstar via Zyuranger footage. When Black Ranger goes down and is comforted by Yellow, look in the background for a guy in blue having a seizure. Rockstar kicks the two Rangers into the water, and basically this whole scene makes no sense whatsoever. Scorpina was looking for the Map, so she attacks the Beach Club while the boy with the Map runs through the woods? (excuse me while I go scream my head off at this depressive display of plot holes) Jeremy continues running around, this time with one or two putties chasing him. The Rangers take the fight with Scorpina and her gang to the beach, with some really nice fight battles with a waves crashing in the backdrop. Jeremy hides as big as life, not blending in whatsoever to the background, from the putties, who overlook him completely. He tries passing it off as brains before brawn, but then takes out the map and goes searching for the Mirror like an idiot. (BTW: Where in the name of Zordon is Billy? Did he head to the Beach Club and get a Mai Tai or something?) Red and Pink Rangers battle the Rockstar at the beach and appear to be losing. Jeremy find the Mirror of destruction while fighting the weakest putty of all, and accidentally opening it, which blasts that same putty who all of a sudden appears on a cliff miles away?! The opened mirror continues shooting beams to areas that are supposedly close by, but obviously aren't within a million miles of where Jeremy was in the woods. Rockstar heads over and prepares to do what everyone watching wants to do in crushing goober boy, but the Mirror blasts at him from the ground, yet hitting him from the upper right! With Rockstar blown up, Jeremy throws the Mirror into the ocean which is like 20 miles away, Scorpina tries to get it but gets blasted at, The Rangers all reunite (with NO explanation to where Billy was, or the other Rangers for that matter) Scorpina gets the mirror, Rita makes her grow, The Rangers call thier Zords which head into battle as Megazord, Goldar joins the fight, The Rangers use the powersword to destroy the mirror, as Goldy & Scorpy retreat. The Rangers teleport to the beach and talk with Jeremy, who wonders where Jason is.

At the Juice Bar, Jeremy violates personal space of everyone walking by in his dramatic retelling of his adventure. He jumps around, kicking and punching like a monkey on a sugar rush. Ernie sarcastically is impressed with his meeting the Power Rangers, as each individual Ranger gets an ego trip over Jeremy's fascination of each of our heroes. Jason avoids the question of where he was, and luckily Jeremy has a short attention span and forgets it. Let's just hope we can forget this episode so easily....
