General Havoc sits at a table on the seaport, enjoying a spot of tea.

Lightning Cruiser & Storm Blaster pull up, the Rangers then exiting the vehicles.

Trims start to remove visibility of Green standing in SB.

Havoc sets down his tea and waits patiently. The Rangers stand before him, zoom in on Green talking with gesturing.

Havoc sits talking, wagging his finger as he does, before standing up, talking some more, and raising his riding crop. The Ranger exchange glances. Havoc talks more, then turns and walks to our left, the Rangers listening, eventually replying when he stops.

Cuts follow-up Havoc turning to face them.

Havoc talks directly to the Rangers, they react, he talks some more, they respond, he finally points his riding crop to our left.

Chromites leap out of the water and over the camera, the Rangers rushing into battle with them.

Red fights Chromites.

Trimmed heavily; cuts follow-up Green vs Chromites.

Blue leaps off shipping container to fight Chromites.

Cuts before he fights, cuts follow-up close-up fighting.

Yellow dodging some Chromites, pan over to Pink fighting some.

The Rangers regroup facing Havoc, who gestures his crop upward, they look up, and see Metalasaurus stomping down upon them, they dive out of the way in the nick of time, and look upward as they recover.

Havoc, now in the cockpit spot atop Metalasaurus, talks, eventually making a fist.

Zoom in on Red as he touches his ear and summons.

Turbine Laser flies in, Red gestures, it lowers its wings into a stand, extends its cannon, lowers to the Rangers, who grip it, as its turbine spins with energy. The Rangers spread arms out as the Turbine Laser fires a spinning ball of flaming red energy forth.

The energy ball bounces off Metalasaurus' nose harmlessly, merely annoying the robotic beast.

The Rangers react to their device's failure with confusion, while Havoc talks with hand gesturing. Zoom in on Red as he touches his ear and is about to summon.

Cuts follow-up of Rangers talking, confused.

Metalasaurus fires eyebeams down, exploding behind the Rangers, taking them down. It taunts them, and they recover.

Cuts before they run away, for later use.

Metalasaurus strolls through the city.

Cuts before he blasts buildings and Megazord appears.

Metalasaurus rampages about the city, causing the Japanese to flee.

The Rangers recover (again), then run away.

Somewhere, a red alarm light spins.

Zoom out as the five Turbozords spread out across dusty terrain.

Red Lightning drives off the side of the cliff, flying through the air and landing perfectly within the other four Turbozords.

In the Megazord cockpit, all five Rangers lift their Turbo Keys, then raise them, before Red inserts his on the console, and turning.

Red steps on brake, causing the wheels to lock up, and sending the combined five Turbozords up into a sudden standing position.

The head shifts out onto the top.

Zoom out as Turbo Megazord stands completed amid crashing lightning.

Turbo Megazord poses battle ready in the city. Inside, the Rangers make equal motions of battle readiness.

Over on the wild-acting Metalasaurus, Havoc punches fist to palm in response.

Turbo Megazord & Metalasaurus march in and begin to exchange sparking blows, before a final kick by Turbo dazes Metally.

In Megazord cockpit, zoom in on Red as he crosses arms, raises a thumb.

Turbo Megazord glides along to our left on one foot.

Quick repeating of Turbo Megazord gliding to our left.

Zoom in on Metalasaurus, reacting coolly.

Turbo Megazord spins out, twirling its gleaming sword in its tornado-like twist.

Zoom in on Havoc, nodding, then shifting controls. Metalasaurus spins in place, and once Turbo Megazord engulfs it with its energy twister, the beast grabs the Saber and smashes it in half, leaving the Megazord, and the Rangers, stunned!

Metalasaurus tosses the broken Saber aside, then sparkily slashes into Turbo Megazord.

Split to fit in Divatox bit.

Continued, Metalasaurus grabs Turbo Megazord, before finally sinking its teeth into it, causing a crackling of electricity, spark bursting it and doing the same to the cockpit.

Cockpit is recycled, but first in context.

Havoc talks and wags his finger, before causing Metalasaurus to whip its tail sparkily into Turbo Megazord several times, finally wrapping the tail around it and with the press of a button, sending an electrical charge through the tail, spark bursting the Megazord.

The cockpit spark bursts repeatedly, lights shutting off, the Rangers reacting in horror.

With the Turbo Megazord still held prisoner in place by Metalasaurus' tail, and the sparking subsiding, Elgar sends the Chromites up on ropes, where they swarm all over the Megazord's damaged body.

The Chromites climb up to the Turbo Megazord window, smash their way in, and ambush the Rangers, they fight back, Blue first up in a close-up.

Yellow dodges a Chromite's attack.

Trims start to remove her hitting Chromite's head.

Pink blocks two Chromites' attacks.

Red grabs a Chromite's arm after hitting it, nod-talking about.

Continued from two shots ago, Red releases the Chromite and steps into aisle.

Split; cuts before he kicks Chromite in head.

A trio of Chromites pops up in the back door, firing blasts that sending all five Rangers ejecting out.

Turbo Megazord spark bursts again, Metalasaurus celebrates, and Havoc cheers himself, talking before grabbing controls, causing his evil Zord to lift off, dragging Turbo Megazord behind it into the sky.

The Rangers slowly recover to their feet, and watch helplessly as Metalasaurus departs the Earth with the tail-wrapped Turbo Megazord behind it.

Fades to black.
