Gork steps onto a balcony overlooking a road, where a white car drives along. Gork opens his mouth and spews out a small worm that flies forth a few times, and attaches itself to the car's grill, crackling with red electricity as it begins to siphon off energy, causing the engine to get a quick look at.

The worm surges with more power, and suddenly grows into the Insectivore known as the Blue-Fanged Louse!

Gork rushes over to join Blue-Fanged Louse's side.

Blue-Fanged Louse walks up to a power station of some kind, and motions his claws forth, siphoning power from the complex into himself.

Masked Rider's Ectophase sequence.

Masked Rider jumpkicks in and knocks Blue-Fanged Louse down for a moment, landing as he recovers. They face one another, and begin to fight, Masked Rider blocking, throwing a hit and kick, before flipping over him, then punching the Louse to no avail. Blue-Fanged Louse grabs Masked Rider, and drags him out of the picture as Gork pops up in the bushes, talking and pointing from this vantage. Masked Rider flips over the Louse again, ending up in a warehouse area. Blue-Fanged Louse aims his claws forth and fires blue beams at Masked Rider, spark bursting around him. He dives, rolls, then leaps out of the way, landing atop a nearby roof. Blue-Fanged Louse fires a few more claw beams up at him, bursting around him, so Masked Rider leaps back down.

Blue-Fanged Louse raises his claws up, and as Masked Rider charges up a Rider Kick, the monster siphons off his energy, causing Masked Rider to fall to the ground on his back, though he gets back up to a crouch quickly.

Graffiti (specifically "eat me") in shot 3 is censored; cuts follow-ups of MR grasping knee, then fighting Louse and getting arm siphoned out of power, then flipped over.

Masked Rider grasps his right wrist while crouching, getting up just as Blue-Fanged Louse slams into him, sending him flying into a wall, and back down. Masked Rider recovers and as the Louse readies his arms, our hero braces against his Ecto Accelerator, the Louse's red siphon electricity crackles over and sucks out the white energy within the Masked Rider's belt buckle, then knocking him over as it's all absorbed by the monster. Masked Rider looks at his buckle as the Ecto Accelerator powers down. Masked Rider then looks up as Gork flips over Blue-Fanged Louse, reacting to this. Gork talks, pointing and gesturing about. Masked Rider replies, but remains on his knees as Gork talks some more beside the Louse. Masked Rider begins to get up.

Cuts shot 3 before brief freeze-frame; trims shot 5 to remove zoom in; cuts shot 14 before he talks and gestures more; cuts follow-ups of Gork zapping Masked Rider, Louse attacking MR some more, then Quiet Colonel coming in and cutting off one of Louse's claws.

Blue-Fanged Louse staggers back (missing a claw, shh!) and suddenly glows as he reverts back to worm form, all the while Gork is freaking out. Masked Rider slowly recovers, then summons into his wrist device.

Suddenly, Magno smashes through the rocky ground as an explosion erupts behind her.

Masked Rider suddenly looks upward, seeing Spiderbase firing bolts downward repeatedly. Meanwhile, Gork is somewhere getting electrocuted.

Blue-Fanged Louse fires blue claw bolts forth, exploding around Masked Rider. He finally dives out of the line of fire, and looks up to see Spiderbase firing more bolts down to charge up Blue-Fanged Louse. He reacts to this, as the Louse keeps charging up via the bolts. Masked Rider speaks, then watches more charging up. Masked Rider nod-talks quick, then leaps up, Blue-Fanged Louse firing, causing a massive explosion behind Masked Rider as he flips over, then bounds off the top of the Louse's head, then leaps up higher.

Blue energy claw bolts added to shots 1 & 2; cuts shot 89 before zoom in begins and more talking occurs; cuts additional jumping shot between shots 11 & 12.

Masked Rider pulls his glowing Electro Saber from his Ecto Accelerator buckle.

Blue-Fanged Louse turns around and looks up, as Masked Rider uses his Saber to slash down a pair of energy bolts from midair, crashing into the Louse with some energy flaring and crackling.

Cuts final shot before Louse's arm blows off.

Masked Rider poses with his glowing Saber, then leaps up, flips over, and Rider Kicks into Blue-Fanged Louse explosively, sending him flying across the quarry. The Louse recovers (missing an arm, shh!), then fires with his one good arm, so Masked Rider leaps up as massive explosion erupts behind him, thrusting the Electro Saber forth.
