VR JB is unable to strike Cranoid again before the mutant strikes first, bursting him as VR Kaitlin rushes in behind. VR JB recovers quickly, and blocks Cranoid's arm with his saber as VR Kaitlin sparkily slashes him in the back with her scythe. While he's dazed, VR JB sparkily slashes him, VR Kaitlin tries again, but gets sparkily slashed away, VR JB trying also, but gets blocked and stuck in the back.
