Tommy settles into his new role on the team, by playing a friendly game of basketball with the other Ranger teens. On the moon, Rita naps, prompting Baboo & Squatt to take charge by making their own monster. Shellshock, a turtle with a traffic light atop his shell, is sent to Earth, and wreaks more havoc by accident than on purpose. His traffic light causes different effects with each beam: red freezes a few Rangers, while green forces Trini to continuing keeping running! She soon races for the Deandra Flowers, using them as an antidote against Sheelshock's traffic light spells. The 6 Power Rangers put his light on permanent red with the help of both of their Megazords.
