Kim & Trini attempt to shut down a local waste dump with a petition. This inspires Rita to trash the whole world with the use of her Minotaur monster. Our heroes learn a valuable lesson in working together, especially when they're given their own Power Weapons (Power Ax, Power Bow, Power Daggers, Power Lance, & Power Sword) by Alpha. These Power Weapons can come together to create a mighty Power Blaster! The Megazord defeats the monster, and the petition proves to be a success.
