SUMMARY:

It all begins on The Cimmarian Planet, which lies somewhere out in space, the exterior shot used resembles that exactly of Rita's Planetoid from "Day Of The Dumpster". On the surface, a small area contains a huge party featuring the entire Alliance of Evil! Included are: Rita Repulsa, Lord Zedd, Master Vile, Queen Machina, King Mondo, General Havoc, Goldar, Elgar, Rygog, Finster, Porto, Globbor, Putrapods, Tengas, Putties, Cogs, Piranahtrons, Quantrons, Divatox and a mysterious man cloaked in a crimson robe. All the baddies are standing around telling tales of their evil conquests, when Rita bumps into Divatox. Bad blood rises and Diva calls her "Frita." Rita is shocked to hear that Divatox destroyed the Rangers, something she couldn't even do! So shocked that she jealously blasts her magic wand at Diva, missing but the energy bolt is caught in hand by Astronema, whom is said to be the future queen of evil! But Divatox can't have that, can she?

Now as all the main guests are seated at the dinner table of darkness, when Dark Specter appears before them! This apparent master of all that is bad is an exact lookalike of Maligore, but makes lavaboy seem as dangerous as a Putty. He has Zordon imprisoned nearby in an energy tube, and as the lava rises in it, his power will be drained into Dark Specter, destroying the ancient Eltarian Sage. As all the baddies drink up to the prospect of Zordon's demise, the Mysterious man in the robe is revealed to be a spy! He fights his way through the hench villains, and when his robe is removed, he's revealed to be a Red Power Ranger, armed with a Spiral Saber!

The Red Ranger escapes the horde of villains by calling forth his Galaxy Glider and hanging ten out of there, dodging Dark Specter's breath of fire! He must be stopped, because he knows the plan to kill Zordon! Rita & Divatox then get in a cat fight over who gets to hunt down the spy (Divatox briefly mentions Specter's resemblance to her former fiance). But instead of these classic PR Villianesses, Specter picks Astronema to go with her Quantrons after the rogue Ranger. Elsewhere, Our ex-Turbo Ranger friends are cruising through space in their NASADA shuttle. They seem to have just exited a wormhole and are well on their way to Eltar. Alpha 6's speech circuit board was damaged during the Power Chamber explosion and he now speaks all gibberish! Suddenly, from out of nowhere, a giant space ship approaches the shuttle and begins to pull our heroes forward and docks them in it! Once loaded, they enter and learn it's named the "Astro Megaship" as they walk down the empty corridors. A weird camera scans Carlos has he walks by, with the words D.E.C.A. written on it's screen. The Rangers enter the apparent Engine room and once again a weird red camera scans Carlos.
Now they've split up, and in what seems to be a kitchen of sorts, Ashley & Carlos discover the Synthetron, which can make any food you want out of thin air! Also found is a fresh plate of food, proving someone has been there recently. The Rangers regroup and find the main bridge. Still no sign of life, but plenty of weird technology! Nearby, Red Ranger is in a race to escape Quantrons, who are following him in spaceships called Velocifighters. He out flanks them on his Galaxy Glider, that is very nicely done with impressive foot work by the new Red Ranger. He tricks them into smashing into each other soon enough. Red heads home to the Astro Megaship, and finds the Earthling intruders!

TJ tries to explain what they are doing there, but the Red Ranger quickly dashes off down the hallways of the ship. Our Heroes chase after him, to explain who they are. Finally when they do catch up with him, he attacks them! To make things worse, Astronema is in range of the Megaship, ordering some funky Bullfaced spacecraft to fire on it! Red Ranger takes off into the command area, locking the rangers out. He begins to try to counter attack against her, but according to DECA, the engines have been damaged by the attack. As the queen of evil continues the barrage of blasting on the ship, the ex-Rangers spot the problem in the Engine room. They risk their lives to fix a live wire/cable on the Mega Accelerator, which leaves Red Ranger a bit stunned as to their honesty of being on the side of good. Too little, too late as now the Astro Megaship is losing altitude and falling to a planet's surface below. Despite Red's best efforts, it makes quite a large crash landing.

The Ship comes to a rest, and the systems all come back online. Everyone onboard is fine, just a little shaken. Red Ranger heads to the engine room to confront the Earth Rangers. They tell him who they are, but he still remains silent. Quantrons suddenly land nearby on the surface of the planet, so all of the Rangers rush to the main Bridge. TJ continues trying to convince Red they're on his side. He stirs in recognition of Zordon's name, at least. The Megaship can't take off yet, so Red Ranger heads out to fight the Quantrons himself. He isn't going alone, The Ex-Turbo Rangers, powerless and dressed in their torn civilian clothes, go with him whether he likes it or not. Leaving a gibberish speaking Alpha 6 behind, The Rangers combined rush out to battle!
