SUMMARY:
[recap of "Beware The Third Wish"]
Repeating the final scene of the last episode, Bulk & Skull drop the final wishing coin into the pinball machine. This sets the game off, hitting incredibly high scores and frying out the circuitry, B&S hitting and smacking the machine doesn't help much. Soon the pinball machine is smoking and falling apart, Lt. Stone just getting off the phone when he spots the ruckus and rushes over. He unplugs it, taking the coin from the slot and asking what they put in it. The bumbling duo dodges the question, Jerome handing it back to them, along with a note for a new job assignment. He tells them to see Martha for a job at her nursery, Skull asking if it's a baby nursery, but Lt. Stone saves the children by mentioning it's plants.
Elsewhere on the Space Base, the unveiling of Wild Weeder replays, Porto calling him his most evil, horrible, destructive monster of all (aren't they all?). The monster speaks in a country bumpkin accent, asking if they got some vittles 'round here. Divatox laughs at the ugly creature, telling everyone to run for their lives from Old MacDonald, reluctant to believe Weeder's going to help get her third coin back. Porto mentions the monster's seeds having powers of persuasion, Divatox giving Wild Weeder a stern talking to about getting her coin or else, Evil Blue Senturion obeying her commands and going with him back to Earth. Once there, Blue Senturion scouts out for a group of humans on the streets of Angel Grove, ordering them to halt as they're being recruited to help find Divatox's coin. The humans stand there in horror as Wild Weeder tosses seeds at them, creating vines that wrap around each of them and finally fall off. The citizens are turned into Diva-drones, wearing clothing with the yellow & black stripes of bees as they frantically run around searching for the coin!
[opening credits, One Last Hope version]
TJ & Cassie come to stop in their dual Turbo Navigator search of the city, calling Carlos on the Communicator to say they found no wishing coin. Carlos, Justin & Ashley are in the Power Chamber, also out of luck in finding the coin, but Carlos explaining they searched all other options as well. Seems the only way to turn Blue Senturion back to normal is to wish him back. Teej & Cass suddenly spot Weeder & Senturion turning more people into Diva-drones, calling for the rest of the team quickly before Shifting Into Turbo. The Rangers rush to the scene, Red Ranger telling Weeder to hand over the sack of seeds when the monster calls on Piranahtron assistance. Blue Senturion leads the fray as the Turbos take on P-Trons and their former ally in battle. TJ tries for the seeds again, this time yanked off by the furious Senturion before he pulls out his Synergizer and blasts the restrained set of Turbo Teens. The Rangers down, Weeder & Senturion take off, leaving the Diva-drones behind. The Rangers recover and begin to inspect the drones, noticing they've been hypnotized by Wild Weeder's seeds. They recap the situation, gotta find the coin to make Blue Senturion good again so he won't protect Wild Weeder so they can destroy him so these humans can return to their normal lives!

At the plant nursery, Bulk & Skull are introduced to the wonders and many names of cow manure by Martha (not related to Stewart, I hope). She gives them their down and dirty plant digging assignment, and then walks off only to be turned into a Diva-drone by Wild Weeder! Meanwhile, there's a makeshift camp station where the Diva-drones report to Elgar, Blue Senturion & Rygog with their collection of coins, dumping them out by the bucketful. The search comes up with nothing, but enough quarters to fund their laundry for a lifetime, i'm sure. Elsewhere, Carlos & Justin have searched as far as the Juice Bar and still have nada, Alpha tells them to keep looking. On their way into the Youth Center, they see some repair workings carting the smoking pinball machine out of the place, asking Lt. Stone what happened. The answer of Bulk & Skull is obvious, as Jerome mentions they put some kind of crazy coin in it. Justin asks what it looked like, and he describes it in a generic enough manner that Justin recognizes it. He gives the teens the location of the bumbling duo, and speaking of them, they're still at the nursery. They stop for a drink from a soda machine, Bulk pulling out the only money on him, that being the coin. Before he can insert it in the slot, the Martha Diva-drone grabs his hand! B&S realize they're surrounded by the rejects from a Blind Melon video, as Divatox watches from her Periscope and knows she should have figured those morons would ruin her plans again. Elgar pops up and scares her, before she has him alert the Wild Weeder to the coin's new owners.
Back at the nursery, Blue Senturion Gone Bad & Wild Weeder appear before Bulk & Skull as Diva-drones buzz about. They're ordered to hand over the wishing coin, but the two gain a backbone and quickly do a fighting stance they seem to have learned from years of experience to Power Rangers. Weeder threatens to turn them into drones, as Bulk warns him to back off as he has fists of steel, while the Ranger teens hide behind some plants, shocked to see the two stooges with the coin. The Rangers Shift Into Turbo, and make the scene, Bulk & Skull slowly backing up and running away in the distraction. Blue Senturion steps in front of Wild Weeder and takes it from there, by calling on Piranahtrons (what, Weeder afraid of fish?). There's an extensively long Piranahtron/Ranger fight throughout most of the nursery, using plants and trashcan covers to fight them. Yawn. Did we need two P-Tron fights this episode?! "Gardener Of Redundancy" is more like it. Err, so Weeder takes off, telling Senturion to handle things while he goes take care of a plan he has. Bluey finally enters the battle, knocks the Turbos around as the P-Trons scurry away, Red Ranger tells the evil Senturion this has to stop. The corrupt robotic cop agrees, and says it will once the third coin is found, as he teleports away, the Rangers left behind to search the city for Bulk & Skull in Lightning Cruiser & Storm Blaster. They fail to find the troublesome twosome, but do discover Wild Weeder casually watering plants in some alley. They hop out of their sentient vehicles and face him, but he tosses some seeds their way before they can confront him, They all manage to duck, informing him that he missed, but he points out he got it right on target. The seeds are scattered on Lightning Cruiser & Storm Blaster, having grown vines all over each of them!

Plants have begun sprouting up all over Lighting Cruiser & Storm Blaster, the Rangers watching helplessly as several evil giant bees float over and begin to swarm on the vehicles. Our heroes rush over and begin to rip off the plantlife growing on the living cars, while they shoo off the annoying insects. The bees suddenly fire laser blasts from their stingers, hitting the Rangers and knocking them over, they then duck down off the platform near the railroad tracks as Weeder says they won't get away with a posse of robot bees on their tail. Pink & Yellow Rangers pop up and fire their Turbo Navigator Target Seek Mode blasters at a group of the cyber bees, destroying them instantly. Weeder is sadden by the loss, firing his own blaster at the Turbo Rangers and knocking them across the tracks and over to the other side, where the evil Blue Senturion awaits. He says they must be destroyed by wish of Queen Divatox, Weeder sitting on the ground for a spell while his associate does all the work. The Rangers slowly recover from their injuries as Blue Senturion whips out his whistle on calls on Robo Racer, hopping into it and then quickly converting to Battle Mode. Even its signal lights are blackened by the darkness of the wish, Senturion has Robo Racer stomp its foot down on our heroes below. Nearby, Bulk & Skull continue running from the endless onslaught of Diva-drones, finally hiding behind some plants to take a breather. They decide to make a wish with the coin, going over all the options of being rich & famous just like on TV. They then scoff at that notion, the fourth wall wobbling slightly for a moment there. Bulk clutches the coin in both hands, and shouts that he wishes they had the most..., when Skull gasps as the Diva-drones swarm upon them and the two take off once more.
Meanwhile, Robo Racer aims its Synergizer and fires at the Power Rangers, the blasts raining down like it was snowing hot slag. TJ finally calls on the Rescuezords, as our heroes board their Zords and initiate High Stance Modes! "Let's Rock 'N Roll" (by Superpower, available on the Turbo Movie Soundtrack) plays prominently as the High Stance Rescuezords gang up on the wickedly wished Robo Racer in the building surrounded streets of Angel Grove. One Zord at a time, and soon all at once, the Rangers are still no match for the enraged Senturion's power struggle. They circle around him and strike one at a time, even working as a team to give him continuous hits and kicks until he's off balance! Robo Racer rests itself against a building, with Bulk & Skull in view of this, causing them to pause and gawk in fear. Bulk lifts the coin up and realizes what they must do, Skull shakes his head, neither saying a word but quickly doing the deed as they grab some orange construction flags and begin to wave at the Turbo Rangers. Justin spots them and exits his Rescuezord, approaching B&S to retrieve the third wishing coin. Bulk hands it to him, asking if it was true that they could have had anything they wanted, Blue Ranger telling them yes. They whine in frustration, and soon exiting swiftly, before they change their minds, Justin thanking them for doing the right thing. Justin wants to wish to have his father back in his life, but he knows he must do the right thing too, raising the coin to the sky and wishing for Blue Senturion to be good again! The coin glows blue, as the blackness covering the Senturion's signals vanishes in a flash.
TJ has Lighting Fire Tamer High Stance walk over and tap Robo Racer on the back, the recovered Racer turning around as Teej says on behalf of all them it's sweet to have him back on their side. Each of the Rescuezords places their fist together, along with Robo Racer, signifying Senturion's return to goodness and the Power Team! Wild Weeder says all this emotion is making him sicker than a snake-bit coonhound, Divatox agreeing up in space and ordering Rygog to fire Torpedoes! They launch toward Earth, not only causing Weeder to fertilize into a huge menace, but his last remaining Robotic Bee Drone as well.
It's a bit oversized compared to earlier, but Weeder's gonna need all the help he can get, heading into action against Robo Racer while the Bee plays with the five Rescuezords. Weeder does pretty well for such a wimpy monster, even vine zapping Robo Racer once. The Bee stings our heroes once, and they immediately initiate Rescue Megazord transformation! The Beebot joins with Weeder in frying Senturion's Zord, until the Rescue Megazord comes over, pulls the guns off its shoulders and fires Weeder & his vines off Robo Racer. Wild Weeder sends his trusty bee pal after them, Senturion deciding to take on the drone alone, saying this time, it's personal! Robo Racer pulls out its blade arm, and slices the Robotic Bee in half like its name was Waspinator and they were in the middle of a Beast War! the Rescue Megazord loads up Artillitron's cannons, and Artillery Power is fired at Wild Weeder, killing his plantlife for good. Once this explosively happens, all of the hypnotized Diva-drones in the city quickly revert to normal, oblivious as to everything that went on.

Later at the wishing well/fountain/shower, Carlos finds Justin, whom he was looking for everywhere. He asks if he's going to make another wish, Justin saying who cares as they don't come, tossing his father's coin (which seemed to have survived the wishing process) into the sand in defeat. Carlos goes and picks it up, telling him to never throw his wishes away. Some may take a little longer than he likes but if he really wants them he can't give up, handing the boy back his coin. He then nods his head in the opposite direction, Justin turning around to see what he's gesturing to and spotting his father in the distance! He can't believe his eyes, but it's Doug Stewart alright, Justin racing over and jumping on him with a huge hug. He puts his son down and tells him he has news, he's got a new job. Justin feels let down, since that means he has to leave again, until he tells Justin the job is here in Angel Grove, so he's here to stay! They hug again, Justin looks at his coin and says his wish came true, his father then says his too.
