_CAPSULE SUMMARY:_

The man from Tommy's visions, and the man at the end of his vision quest, is his long lost brother, known as David Trueheart. In case you weren't aware, Tommy was adopted by the Oliver family, while David grew up with Sam Trueheart. Tommy and David immediately strike a bond, both have similar interests, such as karate. David is brought to meet Tommy's teammates, though Dave's temper kinda hampers a great first impression. Anyway, remember that half of an arrowhead that Tommy got when he was on his Zeo Quest, and back in time? Well, David has the other half. They're placed together to form one full arrowhead, though Billy can detect no powers within them, despite the legend of there being great power within the combined halves.

But Prince Sprocket captures David, holding him for ransom of the Arrowhead. This disorients Tommy, so much that when the Mace Face monster proves too powerful for the Zeo Megazord, his inner turmoil prevents his ability to link up the Red Battlezord with the Megazord. King Mondo (making his first American-footage appearance) accepts the arrowhead in person, as Tommy has no choice but to give it up to save his newly beloved brother...
