_CAPSULE SUMMARY:_

Tommy, Kat, and Tommy's brother David enter a surfing competition. Rocky's the lifeguard (again). Adam & Tanya are off sparring (again, again). The Machine Empire sends down the Leaky Faucet monster again (again again again AGAIN!!!... OH wait, this is only his second ep). Anyway, Cog oil is used to contaminate the water of Angel Grove. It ruins our heroes surfing surfari. Gold Ranger helps defeat Leaky.

Gold Ranger red herring of the day: David, who mysteriously vanishes mid-episode, just before Goldy saved the day. Course, David vanishes again after this, never to appear again, so he was just warming up.
