Black Lance aims his lance forth and fires bluish electricity.

Black Lance's shield falls to pieces. Black Lance staggers back, looks down, then zoom in as he looks forth.

The Rangers merge into one large golden ball of sealing energy, fly right at Black Lance, and burst him.

NZ replaces follow-ups of him exploding to give him a more Kalish-tastic destruction.

Red looks up as the sky flashes red, he and his teammates rush through the area and look upward as the flashing continues, full-size Octomus crackling with power as he hovers down before them. The Rangers watch, as Octomus tosses a glowing item forth.

Trims start; NZ replaces follow-up shot with something better, quite honestly, more clarified.

Zoom in on Ancient Mystic Warrior Daggeron lying lifelessly in a pile of rubble.

Cuts follow-up close-up of Blue.

Blue races over to Daggeron, trying in vain to wake him up.

Cuts follow-ups of her continuing her futility; NZ replaces team reaction.

Red reacts, as we see Ancient Mystic Warrior Leanbow lying there dead, as well.

Cuts follow-up other Rangers speaking.

Red speaks as he makes his way over to Leanbow's body, apparently in shock as he drops to his knees beside him. As the other Rangers gawk, pan up to Octomus, crackling above them.

Green turns around to face Octomus, nod-talking to him defiantly.

Red energy tendrils wrap around the five Rangers, and yank them off the ground, lifting them all before Octomus. Octomus opens his mouth, revealing tentacles amid a bottomless black maw, which begins to absorb energy.

The Earth suddenly spins rapidly.

The skies flash repeatedly as days upon days pass.

Cuts more follow-up reactions, including building destruction.

The seas eventually dry up to a vast stretch of desert.

A volcano forms in a desert, erupting suddenly.

The Earth ceases spinning, now a dead, yellowish globe. Octomus closes his mouth, but continues to dangle the Rangers in front of his face, soon speaking to them.

The Rangers land roughly, Red leading their quick recovery, as they look upon Octomus floating before them.

Manticore Megazord forms.

Manticore Megazord readies its spear while facing Octomus, while inside the cockpit, push in on Red, nod-talking and gesturing. He touches the rim of his seat, Manticore Megazord charges up its spear and when the Rangers slash their staffs, Manticore fires a whirlwind of flmaes forth. Octomus merely opens his maw and absorbs it all.

Shots 1 & 2 are textless, unlike source; shots 3-6 are recycled, but darkened, both per source; cuts follow-up of Megazord reacting.

Push in on the Rangers from the side as they speak and react in the cockpit. Octomus whips a tendril around the Megazord's spear, shattering it to pieces.

Cuts shot 1 before push in reaches Red; cuts follow-ups of Red & Manticore reacting.

Tendril-lashed sparkily, Manticore Megazord crackles, topples, and falls to the ground.

Cuts follow-ups of Octomus stabbing the downed Megazord with tentacles, then kicking it in the head and the Rangers reacting.

Octomus opens his maw again, and proceeds to suck the energy from the downed Manticore Megazord, the Rangers inside as well.

Cuts follow-ups of each Ranger before each turns helmetless.

Octomus kicks Manticore Megazord into the air, then hits it once more with tentacles sparkily.

Push in on Octomus as lights flash.

Red grips his saber in one hand, and his Lion Staff in the other.

Octomus steps forth.

In a flamey dimension, Octomus extends his tentacles forth.

Surrounding shots NZ replaced to more flames or something? The follow-up has visorless Red, that needed replacing anyway.

Red slashes the tentacles to bits, Octomus retracts them, then Red leaps up and energy strikes Octomus in the noggin, shattering his skull casing, exposing his icky brain (putting the eww in Cthulu!).

Trims start to remove zoom out.

Octomus extends his tentacles forth.

A flashback detailing how Mystic Mother narrowly escaped a death that would've been reversed in this episode anyway.

In an initially colorful flowery dimension, soon turning to a white void, Mystic Mother rematerializes, talking and smiling.

Fades in and out from white.

A flashback shows Itassis approaching Sculpin, talking to him.

Mirror-flipped; rest of usable footage is NZ replaced, mainly to pad out the fight scenes pointlessly.

Zoom in on Ancient Mystic Warrior Daggeron lying lifelessly in a pile of rubble.

Octomus reconsitutes himself gigantically.

Trims pan up from unmorphed team.

Octomus interlocks his extended fingers while talking and shot circles around halfway.

Mirror-flipped.

Pan up Octomus' whole body.

Fades to black.

Mystic Mother talks in a void as well-defined as her character.

Octomus crackles.

Wolf Warrior, Yellow, Blue, Solaris Knight, Red, Pink, Green, and White, pose together as the camera circles half around. Red leads them, as they motion and gesture in unison.

The eight Mystic Rangers (to varying degrees) motion their arms and send their powers forth into a tunnel of energy that Octomus proceeds to slurp up just as fast as they can shoot it up to him.

As the eight hero power funnel continues to flow in a golden light upward into Octomus, his body begins to bulge unnaturally.

The Mystic Force team keeps pouring on the magic, Octomus clearly overstuffing himself. So the eight heroes leap up, and zap him even closer.

Cuts final shot before zoom out to show city and civilians watching.

Zoom out from Red talking quick, as the golden power beams into Octomus until he begins to glow and leak light.

Split.

Continued, Octomus glows brighter, until he finally explodes.

Split from prior shot; NZ replaces follow-up to replace Octomus vaporizing instead of blowing up or whatever nutty censor issue was behind it.

As golden sparkles rain down, a happy Mystic Mother smiles, looks right at us, and likely says, "Remember to believe in magic, or I'll kill you."
